Do you handle design and permits, or just construction, and who will I actually be talking to?
We handle design, material selections, City of Mountain View permits, structural engineering when needed, and construction through the final walkthrough as one small team — no call center, no rotating project managers. You'll have a direct line to the same person for the whole job, and we can also build from your architect's or designer's plans.
How long does a remodel take?
